1. Remote Desktop to abpn-dc

2. Login with your own credentials

3. Search for Active Directory - Users and Computers

4. Right-click abpn.com and select Find

5. Enter user name to find

6. Right-Click found name

7. Select Reset Password

8. Enter a new password and confirm (give to user)

9. Select Unlock and Reset Password on Next Login as needed

10. Advise user that after they are in, they can do Cntrl-Alt-Del to reset their password themselves

11. NOTE: Lockouts end after 15-20 minutes, so if it's been more than 20 minutes, user should try again.
