To reset the counter for a user's password expiration,

1. Locate the person in active directory.

2. Click Attribute Editor

3. Find pwdLastSet and double click

4. Enter 0 and press OK

5. Click Apply

6. Double click pwdLastSet again and enter -1

7. Click Apply
